Surgical procedure liposuction is most common to both men and women. Liposuction removes fat from different spots on human body usually the sides, buttocks, back of the arms, thighs, stomach and back. It involves fluid injections into the area where fat cells are loosen and fat is removed. Common misconception of this measure is that it is an expensive and easy alternative to weight-loss. The risks associated to liposuction include bruises, swelling, blood clotting and fluid imbalances.
Men and women who have excess skin in their abdomen that does not respond to exercise or diet are recommended to undergo tummy tuck procedure or abdominoplasty. The surgery removes extra skin or fat to flatten your abdomen and tighten the muscles of your abdominal wall. It is best to have this surgery when you are in good health. It is beneficial for women who just had given birth to tighten abdominal muscles and reduce skin. It serves as an alternative for individuals who were previously obese, but still have excess fats or loose skin around their belly. It is suggested that it should be considered as the last resort for losing weight, but it definitely is not the best procedure to lose much weight.
It is a fact that aging cannot be stopped, but technology tries to reverse some ravages of time provided you have motivation and money. Facelift surgery promises you youthfulness. It improves visible aging signs in your neck and face including deep lower eyelid creases, midface sagging, excess fatty deposits and loose skin, muscle tone loss, deep nose creases and displaced or fallen fat. On the contrary, this procedure also has drawbacks as it cannot completely erase signs of aging and fix all facial problems such as eyelid sagging, skin discoloration or sagging eyebrows. Facelift can also be performed without having to pay too much for the surgery. This can be attained by eating better diet, drinking plenty of water, facial exercise,  applying face mask made from egg white, and making face mask from carrot, honey and avocado and cucumber.
With the pros and cons of the above-mentioned cosmetic procedures, it is highly recommended to choose the best and appropriate surgery for any part of your body where you want to enhance or alter.
